Feasibility Study
Puyallup Tribal Health Authority
The Puyallup Tribal Health Authority in Tacoma, Washington selected JLWA to study the feasibility of adding substance abuse treatment services for tribal youth and adults. The first study looks at planning and developing a new youth residential substance abuse treatment center and adding outpatient substance abuse treatment services to its existing youth outpatient mental health program. The second study considers moving its existing adult outpatient substance abuse treatment program to a new location and changing the client eligibility criteria. Finally, we are providing guidance on how to improve behavioral health screenings in the primary care setting. We also developed the proposal cover that you see here.
