Assisted with the review and development of 25 CFR Part 15 – Probate of
Indian Estates (Except for Members of the Five Civilized Tribes) and 25 CFR
Part 115 – Trust Funds for Tribes and Individual Indians. Developed
presentations for national consultation meetings, the Bureau of Indian
Affairs, the Office of Trust Funds Management, the Solicitor’s Office, tribes,
and the general public.
National Evaluation of Best Practices in Primary Healthcare
    Indian Health Service & Office of the Assistance Secretary  of
    Planning and Evaluation
Evaluate Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) best practices
at 17 federal and tribal healthcare sites in 10 states. Work with the National
GPRA support team to develop evaluation instruments, moderate focus
groups, and prepare evaluation reports.

Tribal Planning Forum on Juvenile Justice, Substance Abuse,
    & Mental Health
    Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration
Developed report and recommendations from the tribal planning forum on
tribal public health issues. The forum was held by the Substance Abuse and
Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Department of
Justice (DOJ) to improve policy coordination and culturally appropriate
strategies to address substance abuse and mental health needs of justice-
involved youth.

Program Justification Document
    Indian Health Service
Developed Program Justification Document for the Indian Health Service to
obtain $24 million in funding, as mandated by 25 U.S.C. 1665c, for the
planning, development, and implementation of two acute care residential
substance abuse and mental health treatment centers for Indian youth.
