JLWA worked with the Lake County Tribal Health Consortium, tribes, and the Indian
Health Service to construct a new health care support building and to purchase new
digital X-ray and tele-health/tele-medicine equipment. JLWA obtained $855,000 in
funding from two (2) different funding sources to support the project.
